Founder & Director
- Rajesh is the Founder and also serves as the Managing Director. A strategic thinker and visionary he has been a serial entrepreneur for last 20 years. Interactive Marketing, Confluence Consulting, Interactive Skills Academy are some of the businesses founded by him.
- He has been working closely in Information services, BFSI, Telecom & Education industries on Corporate Sales, Retail Assets, Customer Service, Channel Management & Cross-Sell projects.
- An IIM Calcutta alumni on management he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business from Emeritus Singapore and has a rich experience of about 26 years.
- Rajesh has been instrumental in setting up an excellent work and people culture across all organizations which has been conducive to growth.
Atul Chandaiya
Co-Founder & Director
- Atul is a Co-Founder and serves as a Director. A strategic thinker and growth catalyst, Atul before turning entrepreneur had 17 years of rich cross-functional exposure in BFSI and Ecommerce industries across Strategic Alliance, Customer Service, Marketing (Advertising, Sales Promotion, Campaign Management), Direct Sales, Telesales (Domestic & International).
- Atul holds a Post Graduate Degree from IMDR, Pune and IIM, Indore. He also holds a Graduate Degree in Engineering – BE - Electronics and Telecom from Mumbai University.
- He has worked with esteemed organizations such as Kotak Life, Alliance Capital, TATA AIG, IndiaMart.com with the last 12 years as a Business Head.
- In all previous roles, he has initiated and grown verticals to exceptional levels of Industry-best performance.
Vandana Nair
Co-Founder & Director
- Vandana is a Co-Founder and serves as a Director. A true HR professional with 18 years of enriched exposure in HR practices with HSBC, SAB TV & Tata Group in corporate HR.
- She is a Post-Graduate from Chetana's with expertise in Talent Management, HR Policies and Assessment Centre's.
- Have been instrumental in laying HR Policy and framework across all group organizations.
